President and Chief Executive Officer 

Noah Shifman, M.B.A., is president and chief executive officer at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). Mr. Shifman brings more than a decade of experience in the healthcare consulting field to the strategic direction and leadership of AHP. In his prior roles, Mr. Shifman served as AHP’s chief operating officer and before that as director of innovation.

Mr. Shifman oversaw innovation during a period of extreme growth for AHP, streamlining processes and expanding knowledge management efforts to better leverage the capabilities of AHP’s subject matter experts in AHP’s Center for Training, Technical Assistance, and Consulting (CTTAC), Center for Research & Evaluation, and Healthcare Solutions. As part of his role in innovation, he guided the growth of AHP’s Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) publications and initiatives. Previously, he assisted with several federally funded projects as part of AHP’s CTTAC and provided support, including site development, content management, applications development, training and technical assistance, Section 508-compliance assistance, and research and evaluation, to a variety of projects. He also provided operations and financial planning support for proposals, procurement, and business development. Mr. Shifman holds an M.B.A from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
